Shipping Model (Fulfillment Structure)

HuaPaw operates under a centralized fulfillment model designed to ensure efficient logistics and consistent delivery performance:

  • All customer orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. warehouse
  • Our China facility is used exclusively for manufacturing and quality control
  • Products are inspected, packaged, and shipped through our U.S. fulfillment center before delivery

This structure allows us to maintain product quality while improving delivery speed and service reliability for customers in the United States.


Shipping Destinations

HuaPaw currently ships to eligible residential and commercial addresses within the United States.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse delivery to certain locations where shipping services are unavailable, restricted, or considered high-risk by our logistics partners.


Unsupported Delivery Areas

At this time, we do not ship to:

Military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
Overseas military installations
Freight forwarding facilities
P.O. Boxes
Remote islands with restricted carrier access
Areas restricted by shipping carriers
Locations where delivery services are unavailable

Orders placed for unsupported delivery areas may be canceled and refunded.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60.00 USD or more qualify for:

Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $60.00 USD will be charged:

$4.80 USD Flat Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are calculated after discounts, promotional codes, and other adjustments have been applied.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

Customers can track their order status using the provided tracking number at any time once it becomes active.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

HuaPaw is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional fees, or lost packages resulting from:

Incorrect addresses
Incomplete addresses
Invalid recipient information
Failure to receive delivery

If an address correction is required after shipment, additional fees or delays may apply depending on the carrier.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact us promptly.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Investigation timeframes may vary depending on the carrier and shipping route.


Order Changes and Cancellation Requests

Customers should contact us as soon as possible regarding order modifications.

Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible due to fulfillment automation and carrier handover procedures.


Delivery Refusal

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for:

Return shipping costs
Re-shipping fees
Any carrier handling fees

Refunds may be adjusted accordingly after return inspection and processing.


Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout and confirmed by the carrier tracking system.
